Reduced early-bird fees are available for regular scientists, PhD students, and other students. Fees can be paid by credit card via the PayOne payment portal or by bank transfer. Proof of your status (e.g. student card or certificate of enrolment) is required for PhD students and students to qualify for these rates. Once you have completed the registration process, please email a copy of your student card or certificate of enrolment to nitrogen2026@ipk-gatersleben.de. Please be aware that the number of students eligible for the reduced rate is limited to 40.

Registration is binding. Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund. After this date, no refunds can be granted. Registration fees must be paid within seven days of submission and no later than seven days before the event begins. Please note that participation will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. A letter of invitation for visa applications will be issued upon receipt of payment. The conference programme may be subject to change. If the conference is cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded. If the event is rearranged or postponed, registrations will remain valid. 

Please note that full registration must be completed before an abstract can be submitted. Credit card payments via PayOne are usually processed immediately. Bank transfers may take up to four working days to appear in the registration system after receipt. If payment is made close to the deadline, this may affect your ability to submit an abstract.
